As long-time residents of Highland Village, Jennifer and I are extremely familiar with areas north of Dallas and Fort Worth.  We are excited to be able to offer you our expertise and believe that working with a husband and wife team will benefit our clients.  With both of us utilizing our individual strengths, you will receive the highest level of service.  Dan has over 20 years' experience in management, service and marketing, and Jennifer has over 20 years' experience in organization, operations, and management.

We Franklins are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Lewisville Area Association of Realtors.

Jennifer and I have lived in the area for all of our 26 years of marriage.  I am on the City of Highland Village Zoning Board of Adjustments and on the Board of the Castlewood HOA.  We believe in being active in our community and truly love Highland Village and the surrounding cities.

We have two children, Kathryn and Kole, who are 23 and 18, respectively.  Both children have lived their entire lives in the area and have attended area public schools.  Katie was married in January of 2010 and is working on her Masters degree in psychology at UNT. She aspires to be a Biblical based family counselor.   Kole is a freshman at UNT on a full academic scholarship and aspires to make entertaining his life's work.  He has started to get quite a reputation in the local entertainment circles and has a bright future.

We are members of and involved in Valley Creek Church in Flower Mound.  In their spare time, Dan enjoys skeet shooting and golf and Jennifer enjoys gourmet cooking and fine dining.  All the Franklins love to travel.
